We are passionate about our cheese.

Made by hand in small batches, our cheese originates on our farm in Carlow using milk from our own herd of goat, our flock of sheep and our neighbour’s cows.  Using milk from known livestock only is important to us for a number of reasons, not least of all provenance and care.
