An Alpine style cheese made in Ireland by Hegarty’s Cheese in Cork. It's made from raw milk from their own farm. Nutty and creamy to the taste, it's a favourite by fans of comte and gruyere.

You can buy our cheese by multiples of 200 gr, 0.2 kg. That means if you select 1 unit you will get 200 gr of cheese. Multiples unit are usually cut in one bigger piece unless specified by you in the order.
